WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Develop women leaders by supporting both the individual and the organization
Women’s leadership development needs to reflect both the individual and the context in which she works and grows. I design tailored engagements that support each participant’s development while strengthening how managers and organizations create the opportunities and support needed for progress.

Support individual growth and the organization’s ability to develop women leaders
Sustained development requires more than a program for participants. I combine coaching and mentoring that help women clarify their strengths, aspirations, and next steps with practical support for the leaders responsible for their development. The design reflects the organization’s priorities and each participant’s context.
FOR PARTICIPANTS
For participants
Each participant receives the right mix of coaching and mentoring for her goals and context. Coaching supports reflection and change. Mentoring provides practical advice, perspective, and access to an experienced woman leader who can serve as a relevant role model.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
For leaders and managers
Share practical advice and insight with leaders and managers on how to support each participant’s growth, including feedback, stretch opportunities, sponsorship, and day-to-day development.
EXPERIENCE
Experience as a woman leader and a developer of talent
I have built my career as a woman leader in global technology companies, with more than 15 years as an executive and people leader. My work has included building organizations, hiring and developing talent, and leading through business and organizational change.
I also bring extensive experience coaching and mentoring women, developing women leaders, and sponsoring leadership programs. I understand both the personal decisions involved in taking on greater responsibility and the role organizations play in making growth possible.
